At Aegean Safran, Christos Siosios and his son Miltos keep a family story alive — one rooted in more than 30 years of hospitality. We grew up in this place, side by side with our own people, and learned early what it really means to welcome a guest.

Our relationship with the kitchen is personal and family-run. We cook the way we cook for ourselves and our loved ones, with simple, quality ingredients and genuine respect for flavour. What we serve is the same food we share at our own table.

Every morning we hand-pick fresh ingredients from the local market — fish, vegetables and produce from growers we know by name — so every dish reaches your table as authentic as it can be.

What matters most to us is welcoming you like family. That you feel at ease, enjoy your meal, and leave with a warm, lasting memory.
